Brad’s business was born from his vision to fill what he saw as a massive gap in what many considered to be a closed shop, within the business networking space. In February 2006, he launched the company 4Networking with the words "Welcome to the future of networking." It was met with sniggers. 

With zero investment, he delivered pizza on weekends to keep the bills paid. Within five years, revenues were in the millions and 4Networking had become a national success story. 

This journey transformed Brad into a recognised business figure, with numerous TV and radio appearances.

His rapid climb from effectively a market trader to Managing Director taught him vital entrepreneurial lessons about high-growth businesses and the intricacies of leading and growing teams, real life learning and lessons he now passes on through his talks and seminars. 

The pandemic dealt him a huge blow when the Prime Minister Boris Johnson asked everyone to “Please stay at home,” instantly torpedoing the 4Networking's 500+ monthly face-to-face UK business networking meetings. 

Within days, however, he’d moved the business to an online model being the first business network to do so and allowing the thousands of members that used the network to keep going and stay connected generating leads, contacts and sales in this unprecedented locked down world. 

Brad's leadership saw the company run over 50,000+ (68,000) real-life and online networking meetings by August 1st, 2022, he exited and sold all his business networking interests. 

Since then, has focused on motivating and building individuals, teams, and businesses, teaching them all he has learned about being the best you, and achieving success for himself and others.
